What We Collect
Account info you provide (email, display name, optional avatar). Workout videos and images you upload. Form check results generated by the App. Basic device info (operating system, app version) for diagnostics. Subscription status from our payments provider. We do not collect precise location, contacts, or health-app data.
How We Use Data
To operate the App, run form analysis on your videos, show your history and progress, send the notifications you opt into, process subscription billing, fix bugs, and improve features. We do not sell your data and do not use your videos to train third-party models.
Who We Share With
We share data only with service providers needed to run the App: hosting and database (Supabase), video storage and processing (Cloudinary), payments (Stripe and RevenueCat), email delivery, and OpenAI, which powers our AI form-check scoring (GPT-4o) and Ask Coach conversations (GPT-4o mini). Each provider receives only what they need and is bound by their own privacy terms. We do not use your videos or Ask Coach messages to train third-party models.
Storage and Retention
Your data is stored on secure servers and encrypted in transit. We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, uploaded videos, and form check history.
Your Choices
You can edit your profile, turn notifications on or off, export account data on request, and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. You can opt out of push notifications in device settings.
Children
RepCheck is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email repcheckofficall@gmail.com to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to repcheckofficall@gmail.com.
Changes
We will post material changes to this policy in the App and update the date above.
