1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using RepCheck (the App) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What RepCheck Does
RepCheck analyzes user-uploaded workout videos and returns an automated form score and coaching cues. RepCheck is a fitness information tool, not a medical service, personal trainer, or physical therapist.
3. Not Medical Advice
Content from RepCheck is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Consult a licensed physician before starting any exercise program. Stop and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, or injury. You assume all risk of training based on App output.
4. Eligibility
You must be 13 or older to use RepCheck. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian agree to these Terms on their behalf.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at repcheckofficall@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of videos and images you upload. You grant RepCheck a limited license to store, process, and analyze that content solely to operate the App. You must have the right to upload anyone shown in the video. Do not upload illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, or harassing content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Reporting Content
To report content that violates these Terms, email repcheckofficall@gmail.com with a link or description. We review reports within 48 hours.
8. Subscriptions and Billing
RepCheck Pro is a renewing subscription. Pricing, billing cycle, and any free trial are shown on the paywall before you confirm purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel anytime from Profile, Billing, or the App Store / Google Play subscription settings. Payment is charged to your selected payment method on confirmation. Refunds are handled per the store you purchased through.
9. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the listed price when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. We send a reminder before billing starts.
10. Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Delete Account, or by emailing repcheckofficall@gmail.com.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of form scores or coaching cues.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepCheck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury arising from use of the App.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
